Sheila Pennington Ph.D and Ben Harrison

Just in case you are wondering who Sheila and
Ben are, here is a picture from a 2 hour DVD,
"On The Edge" produced by Heritage Ontario
and released late 2008.
Ben played Prof. John Campbell Sr., and Sheila his lover. This is a scene from the late 1800's taken from Big Chief Island, a summer retreat Campbell bought on Lake Joseph.

St. Vincent & the Grenadines 2009
Right now, February 4, 2009, we send you greetings from the beautiful Eastern Caribbean on the island of St. Vincent & the Grenadines. We live from May to late December on Lake of Bays in Muskoka, Ontario Canada, then join the birds on their long flight south. What started as a vacation-therapy retreat for Sheila's clients 35 years ago, is now our own special retreat from the Arctic extremes of Canadian winter.

This blog will share a bit about our lifestyle with friends and relatives who care enough to visit this site.

This is the seaside of Youromei, our St. Vincent home.

Another dear friend, Dr. Vivian Childs with her housekeeper Milena and Sheila

Dinner at Cecile Comblen's home overlooking Brighton Beach. Cecile is a Montreal artist who lives much of the year in St. Vincent.

The following few pictures are of the Argyle International Airport being developed behind our home. What you are seeing was a beautiful mountain with pasture and homes and to the right of our home across an access road was a beautiful green valley. the mountain is lioterally being moved into the valley to build the beginning of the runway. What price progress?

And the mountain comes tumblin' down
